Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the technology for our online store.

We do our best to describe all items accurately, including colours and sizing, but can’t guarantee exact screen representations. Prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand) and may change without prior notice.

SunKin products are produced in small batches and may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per person or household

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days. For full details, see our Returns Policy (or wherever the link is hosted).

Defective items are eligible for return within 6 months, per South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

5. Payments & Billing

We use PayGate and PayFlex to process transactions securely. Credit card details are handled off-site using industry-standard encryption.
Please ensure your billing info is accurate and current so we can process your orders smoothly.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us will be handled in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data unnecessarily—ever.

7. Intellectual Property
