We want you to love your SunKin pieces—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🕒 14-Day Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
-
In its original packaging
-
With all swing tags attached
-
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
📩 To start a return, simply email us at shine@sunkinlife.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address (Cape Town, South Africa) and instructions.
💡 Please note: Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility, including international returns.
Items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.
📦 Returns Due to Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective

Your item is damaged in transit

You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make things right.
🛠️ Defective Goods – 6-Month Guarantee (CPA Compliant)
In line with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, defective items may be returned within 6 months of purchase if:

You have your original proof of purchase

The item was used only for its intended purpose

The item was cared for as per the care label instructions
We’ll repair, replace, or refund you as appropriate.

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards or digital vouchers
💰 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Some payment partners (e.g., PayGate, Payflex) may take 7–10 business days to reflect the refund.

Your bank may also take additional time to process it on your statement.
